This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in London. Shine Auto Trading (SAT Japan) is seeking a Sales Executive to join its London showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales performance, and ensuring a high standard of service.


Responsibilities

  • Manage showroom walk-in customers and online inquiries
  • Present and explain vehicle options based on customer requirements
  • Handle the full sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional and presentable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of vehicle specifications and pricing
