We cut through the noise and find the best deals, making life easier for our clients. The Role We're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on leading people and driving results. You'll manage a team of 4 Sales Team Leaders, supporting them to develop their teams and hit targets. You'll combine hands‑on sales expertise with coaching, motivation, and strategic insight. Requirements What you'll do Lead and inspire a team of Sales Team Leaders, helping them get the best out of their agents Coach, mentor and develop individual leaders to grow their capabilities Set ambitious but achievable goals and monitor progress Support your team with tools, processes and insights to improve performance Collaborate with leadership to contribute to company growth strategy Oversee pipeline management and sales reporting What we’re looking for 10+ years of sales experience, with proven results in B2B sales Minimum 5 years managing a team or multiple team leaders Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills People-focused approach with the ability to drive performance Knowledge of utilities or consultancy sales is advantageous but not essential Benefits Salary: Competitive Bonus/commission structure with strong earning potential Shoreditch office with a lively, social culture Regular team events and social outings Extra time off at Christmas Free gym membership Ongoing training and leadership development Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
