White Label Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-established engineering business within the aerospace sector, who are looking to appoint a Technical Sales / Key Account Manager to join their commercial team. This is a relationship-led role, managing an established customer base while identifying opportunities for growth across a technically complex and highly regulated environment. The Role * Managing and developing a portfolio of ~30 existing customers * Building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts * Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing customers * Bringing new enquiries (RFQs) into the business * Working closely with estimators and internal teams to convert opportunities * Supporting coordination between customers, sales and production * Leading and supporting a small internal team (estimators, admin, apprentice) * Hybrid role – split between office and customer visits The Person * Proven experience in a technical sales or account management role * Experience within the aerospace sector is essential * Background within engineering or manufacturing * Strong relationship-building and account development skills * Commercially aware, with the ability to spot and grow opportunities * Comfortable engaging with technical information * Previous experience mentoring or managing others would be beneficial Salary & Package * £40,000 – £4...
