NEW HOMES SALES MANAGERBasic Salary: £45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience)The OpportunityOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in delivering sales targets, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded, customer-focused professional with a passion for coaching teams and achieving results. Developments across Yorkshire.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and coach Sales Executives to achieve reservation, exchange and completion targetsSet clear objectives, monitor performance, and hold team members accountableSupport the development and execution of strategic sales plansTake a commercially focused approach to sales releases and deal structuring in line with market conditionsEnsure the CRM system (HubSpot) is maintained accurately, with consistent and timely customer communicationWork collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth plot progression and excellent customer experienceMaintain high standards across show homes and sales offices in line with brand guidelinesManage escalated customer issues and take ownership of pre-completion satisfactionContribute to weekly and monthly reporting, as well as key milestone meetingsEnsure compliance with Health & Safety standards and NHQB requirementsSupport succession planning and ongoing development within the sales teamAbout YouProven experience within the new build housing sector (essential)Demonstrated success in leading and/or mentoring sales teamsStrong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilitiesPassionate about delivering outstanding customer serviceConfident using CRM systems and sales reporting toolsCollaborative approach with the ability to build relationships at all levelsWorking PatternThis role requires working every other weekend, with appropriate time off in lieu providedBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus schemeCar allowance25 days holiday (increasing with length of service)Pension contributionPrivate health insuranceApply NowIf you are an ambitious Sales Manager ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
