Oracle Car Finance is the UK’s leading broker for prestige, sports and classic vehicles and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join us.


What you'll do:

  • To report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
  • To support the Management team to achieve the department goals
  • To support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching
  • Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations
  • To ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures
  • To ensure Account Manager follow the Oracle sales process
  • Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team


What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
  • A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
  • A passion for providing a great customer service experience
  • Possesses a high degree of IT literacy
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.


What we offer:

  • A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
