Responsibilities

Provide administration support to the internal sales team

Handle incoming customer queries in a professional and timely manner

Prepare and raise customer quotations

Liaise with internal departments including procurement and warehouse teams

Maintain and update internal systems and records

Respond promptly to internal team queries and requests

Follow internal processes accurately and seek clarification when needed

Complete assigned tasks on time and manage follow-ups

Attend meetings or calls to capture notes and actions where required

Communicate clearly with internal colleagues and external customers

Prioritise workload and suggest improvements to processes where appropriate
Requirements
*
Minimum of 2 years administration experience within an office environment
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident and professional communication skills
*
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*
Ability to follow structured processes while working proactively
*
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
