Website, Procurement & Pricing Administrator (Sales Support) – Ashton-in-Makerfield
Our successful Head Office team in Ashton-in-Makerfield is currently looking for a Website, Procurement & Pricing Administrator (Sales Support) to join our Sales function.
This role is key to ensuring our website and internal systems are accurate, up to date, and commercially aligned. You will support the Sales Director and Commercial Director, manage product data and pricing, assist with procurement activity, and handle incoming sales enquiries. This position offers genuine long-term opportunity, with potential progression into a Department Lead role for the right candidate. Saturday overtime is available at overtime rate.

Sales Support Responsibilities
Duties are varied and will include:
* Populate, update and maintain product listings on the company website (Magento)
* Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and content across the website and CRM
* Procurement support including supplier coordination and product data management
* Price management, including updates, checks, and maintaining accuracy across systems
* Support incoming sales enquiries and assist the wider Head Office Sales function
* Maintain records and reporting using CRM (Intact iQ) and Excel
* General administrative support to Sales and Commercial departments
What You’ll Need
* Strong IT skills, with excellent Excel ability
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident working with CRM systems (experience with Intact iQ desirable)
* Experience updating/managing websites or product data (Magento desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in procurement, pricing, administration or sales support (preferred)
The Details Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Dependent on proven experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm + Saturday overtime available at overtime rate Location: Ashton-in-Makerfield (Head Office – Office Based)
