Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £26 - £28k DOE
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're currently working with a well‑established business seeking a confident and adaptable individual to join their Broker Support team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you'll support brokers and internal stakeholders by managing the end to end administration of business deals, working in a fast‑paced environment with strong guidance and a collaborative team around you.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing business from proposal through to payout
Responding to broker queries via email and phone
Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress deals
Assisting in structuring complex deals
Conducting KYC checks on customers
Meeting funding requirements and running quotes for brokers
Preparing necessary documentation in line with credit conditions
Collaborating with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance departments to progress deals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal teamsKey Skills:

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong multitasking skills focused on customer needs
Collaborative team player attitude
Problem-solving mindset to find solutions for brokers and customers
Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to assist other teams when needed
