Salesforce Consultant (Telco) | £400 – £500 | Outside IR35 | 6 Months | Fully Remote

We’re recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Consultant for a 6-Month contract role. This is a pivotal role supporting a Telco client launching a new product line requiring scalable service processes, custom solutions and optimised customer journeys. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a fully remote basis.

Key Requirements

Deliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for new digital product launches. Configure scalable Sales Cloud processes supporting high‑volume customer journeys and workflows. Build secure integrations between Salesforce and core telco billing and provisioning systems. Develop performant service experiences using Omni‑Studio and industry‑aligned best practices. Telco industry experience is highly beneficial for this role. What to do next
