Lead the rollout of Agentforce for Service and Einstein AI features (Next Best Action, case summarisation, knowledge article generation, reply recommendations). Collaborate with internal Salesforce, Contact Centre, and Operations teams to identify and prioritise AI use cases. Hands-on configuration of Service Cloud , Flows , Omni-Channel , Case Management , and Knowledge . Shape prompt strategies, behaviour guardrails, and drive AI-enabled service improvements. Deliver demos/playbacks to showcase outcomes to stakeholders. Must have proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce AI implementations (Agentforce / Einstein). Certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, AI Associate, App Builder) and AI-focused Salesforce delivery experience preferred.
