£30,000 – £32,000 + Individual & Team Commission

360 Talent London is partnering with an iconic luxury jewellery maison to build a strong team within their Central London boutique. Renowned for its heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless creations, the brand offers an exceptional and highly personalised client experience.

We are seeking Client Advisors who are passionate about luxury jewellery, with a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to create meaningful, lasting relationships with clients.

What we are looking for:

• Strong sales background with a proven ability to exceed targets
• Experience within luxury retail, ideally jewellery, watches, or accessories
• Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills
• A refined, polished communication style and presentation
• A genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship and heritage

What’s on offer:

• Salary £30,000 – £32,000
• Competitive commission structure:
• 1% on all sales
• 2% upon achieving target
• Up to 4% uncapped
• Team and individual commission with excellent earning potential
