About the Opportunity We’re working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I’m looking for a Security Services Demand & Delivery Senior Manager to manage the delivery performance and quality of security services across a diverse portfolio. This is a senior, but hands-on role – in which you’ll act as the operational hub for security service delivery, managing demand, coordinating resources, tracking service delivery, and ensuring timely fulfilment of security services. The Senior Manager will work with security teams and clients to optimize service delivery and maintain service.

What You’ll Do Optimise the delivery of established security services and manage any changes to those services. Support allocation of service requests to appropriate security delivery teams.
