The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access education. Working closely with staff, you will help manage behaviour, deliver interventions, and act as a consistent and positive presence in the classroom.
Building relationships will be key, helping pupils develop trust, confidence, and a more positive approach to learning. You will be a resilient, confident and calm presence in and out of the classroom in this SEMH Teaching Assistant role, receiving the appropriate training to become a crucial member of this school's support team.
