The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access education. Working closely with staff, you will help manage behaviour, deliver interventions, and act as a consistent and positive presence in the classroom.

Building relationships will be key, helping pupils develop trust, confidence, and a more positive approach to learning.
