The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant

In this SEMH Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils with challenging behaviour and emotional needs, helping them regulate their behaviour and engage positively with education. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing structured strategies and supporting behaviour plans.

You will be expected to act as a positive role model, promoting consistency, respect, and patience in your interactions with pupils.
