You ll be working on a 1:1 basis with a young girl with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing consistent support to help her feel safe, regulated and ready to learn. This role requires someone calm, compassionate and emotionally resilient, with experience supporting children or young people with mental health needs. Your focus will be on building a trusting relationship, helping her regulate emotions and supporting her to return to baseline so she can successfully engage in learning and daily school life. As a Teaching Assistant, you ll be supported by an experienced and caring team within a well-resourced environment.
