Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:

Salary: MPS 1-6 + Minimum SEN Allowance (£2,679)
Salary Range: £31,650 - £43,607 (FTE)

We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience within SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (SEMH/ASC experience highly desirable) A warm, reflective, and resilient practitioner with a pupil-centred approach Strong behaviour management and communication skills A professional eager to grow into leadership within a supportive school community Ability to reliably commute to Royston
