SEN Class Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking team in Royston, working primarily within Key Stage 2. This role sits within the education and training sector and focuses on supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

We welcome applications from teachers with experience of working with children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties, although this is not essential.

Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

The successful SEN Class Teacher will:

Be passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
Be committed, enthusiastic, and reflective in their practice
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be able to commute to Royston
Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
Deliver personalised and sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for pupils
