This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) working directly with pupils to support their learning, communication, and emotional development. Children from age 7 to 18 attend this school with a range of complex needs including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour. Some pupils present with complex behaviours associated with their additional needs, so patience, resilience, and a positive approach are essential.
