Start: April Term 2026

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Term time

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a supportive secondary/alternative provision setting in Southwark, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties.

This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.

The Role:

Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learningIdeal Candidate:
