Job Opportunity: SEN School Support Assistant (Must Drive)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN School Support Assistant to join our team at a specialized school catering to students with very high SEN needs. If you're someone who is driven, compassionate, and eager to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with high SEN needs on a 1:1 basis
Assist with personal care, mobility, and communication needs
Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being
Work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans
Support in-class activities and individual programs to aid development

Essential Requirements:

Must have a full, clean driving license (as travel is required)
Experience working with children or adults with high SEN needs (preferred)
Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students
A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Available to work 5 days a week
