Job Vacancy: SEN School Support Assistant (Must have own vehicle)
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN School Support Assistant to join our team at a specialized school for students with complex and high SEN needs. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and have the drive to support vulnerable learners, we want to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students with significant SEN needs
* Assist with personal care, mobility, and communication as required
* Encourage positive behavior and emotional development
* Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver personalized learning plans
* Support students in class activities and individual programs
Key Requirements:
* Full, clean driving license (essential as travel between sites is required)
* Experience working with children or adults with high SEN needs (desirable)
* Patient, empathetic, and capable of building strong relationships
* Flexible and team-oriented approach
* Available to work 5 days a week
