SEN Teaching Assistant - Harrow Start Date: September 2025

We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA) to join our welcoming team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and to play a key role in their educational journey.

SEN TA Role:

* Location: Harrow, London * Start: September 2025 * Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available * Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience) * Requirements: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain before starting)

As an SEN TA, you will:

* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) * Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs * Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being * Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued * Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external specialists to support progress

SEN TA Requirements

* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting * A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Patience, empathy, and resilience
