The Role: As an SEN Teacher in this specialist setting, you will deliver engaging, tailored lessons designed to meet the individual needs of learners working below age-related expectations. You will lead a class supported by skilled teaching assistants and collaborate closely with therapists and the wider SEN team. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches for pupils with complex needs.
