Job Title: SEND Teacher - Resource Provision (ARP)\n Location: Hillingdon, West London\n Start Date: January 2026\n Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term\n Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (PAYE)\n\nTradewind Recruitment are working closely with a well-established Primary School in Hillingdon to recruit an experienced SEND Teacher for their Specialist Resource Provision (ARP), starting January 2026.\n\nThis role is ideally suited to a teacher who has previous experience working within an ARP or specialist SEND provision and is confident taking a lead role within a highly structured, small-group environment. The provision supports pupils with complex needs through intensive, personalised teaching and a high staff-to-pupil ratio.\n\nThe unit consists of three small classes, each supporting up to three pupils, with the support of a strong team of five Teaching Assistants.
