We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our small, specialised SEN school in Radlett, catering primarily for children with Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Assignments will begin on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent after the first term.

A SEN specialist, although the post would also suit a strong Primary or EYFS Teacher, with experience in SEN and autism support
Strong classroom management skills and a good understanding of behaviour management strategies
A creative educator, passionate about delivering tailored and engaging lessons that ensure pupils make progress from their unique starting points
A collaborative and resilient professional who works well within a team
Previous teaching experience is essential for this roleYour Role:
Teach small groups of children in Years 3 to 6, tailoring lessons to meet the needs of pupils with Autism
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, where pupils feel respected, empowered, and supported
Work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure a collaborative approach to learning and care
Support the development and progression of pupils, providing a rich and meaningful educational experience
Bring innovation and vision to help shape the evolving landscape of specialist educationAbout the School:

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience in a primary, EYFS, or SEN teaching role
Demonstrable knowledge of autism and SEN strategies
