�? What You'll Be Doing

As an SEN Support Assistant, you'll:* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs* Assist with personalised learning plans* Support emotional regulation, social development and communication* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams* Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroomEach day will be different, offering meaningful opportunities to help pupils build confidence and independence.

�? What We're Looking For* Patient, calm and reliable* Passionate about SEN support and child development* Open to training, including autism awareness and SEMH strategies* Motivated by improving outcomes for young people* Experience with supporting people with SEN needs

?? Desirable (but not essential):* GCSE/O Level or equivalent* A driving licence (helpful for some school locations)
