Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans. Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day. Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
