Contract: Full-time, long-termYour Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support plans.
Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day.
Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
A calm and nurturing approach.
