Contract: Full-time, long-termYour Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and other additional needs.
Deliver targeted interventions and provide consistent 1:1 support.
Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress.
Encourage independence and confidence in pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.This SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing and structured environment.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.
A positive, flexible and patient attitude.
A genuine passion for inclusive education.
