The Role

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum Building trusting, consistent relationships with pupils who need your support Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentAbout You

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential) Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education Knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Why Work Through Tradewind?
