About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position (Monday-Friday)
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN)
Working closely with class teachers and other SEN TAs within a small unit
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Helping pupils access learning and develop confidence and independence
Supporting a range of needs depending on pupil requirements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant who has:

Previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience (essential)
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs
A calm, patient and nurturing approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in the classroom
A desire to develop within SEN education long-term
