SEN Teaching Assistant - Kempston Location: Kempston Pay: £460 - £500 per week Sector: Education and Training Setting: SEN Specialist School The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support young learners within a SEN Specialist School * Work with pupils who have autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural needs * Provide one-to-one and small group support in and out of the classroom * Assist the class teacher with tailored learning activities * Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and personal development * Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment * Play a key role in pupils' progress within education We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Kempston, supporting young learners with a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and making a real difference in children's lives. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: * Has a genuine passion for working in education and training * Is patient, caring, and resilient * Can build strong relationships with young learners * Works well as part of a team in a SEN school setting * Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential) * Is keen to develop their skills within education and training * Able to commute to Kempston * Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
