SEN Teaching Assistant \nLocation: M13 \nContract Type: Full-time, 5 days per week\nSalary: £100 - £1130 per day\nStart Date: ASAP \nEmployer: Aspire People\n\nAspire People are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist primary school in Manchester from January 2026.\n\nAre you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? \nDo you have experience working in education and enjoy making a difference in children's lives? \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n*Support children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) both in the classroom and during outdoor activities\n*Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and supporting students' individual learning plans\n*Foster a positive and engaging learning environment\n*Support students with personal care where necessary and help them develop their social skills\n*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when required\n\nAbout You:\n\n*Experience working with children or in a similar role, ideally within an SEN setting\n*A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children\n*Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team\n*A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet\n*Relevant qualifications in education or SEN (desirable but not essential)\n\nWhy Join Aspire People?\n\n*Competitive daily rate \n*Full-time, consistent work - 5 days per week\n*A supportive and friendly team who will help you grow and develop in your role\n*The chance to make a real difference to the lives of children with special educational needs\n\nAre you interested?
