Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of additional needs. Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, tailoring support to developmental stages. Assist with behaviour regulation, communication support and emotional wellbeing. Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCo and external professionals to deliver personalised strategies and learning plans. Help to maintain a supportive, positive and inclusive classroom environment.
