The Role SENCo
The SENCo will lead on SEND provision across the school, ensuring excellent outcomes for students with additional needs
As SENCo, you will oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and tailored support plans
The SENCo will work closely with teaching staff to embed inclusive classroom practice
Liaise with external professionals to secure the right support and interventions
The SENCo will champion high expectations and ensure students are supported to achieve ambitious destinations
Use data and pastoral insight to monitor progress and remove barriers to learning
Support families with clear communication, guidance and trusted partnership working

Is a qualified teacher with the National SENCo Award (or willing to complete it)
