SENCo Opportunities - September 2026 | Hackney (Primary Mainstream)

As primary schools across Hackney begin shaping their staffing plans for September 2026, we are looking to connect with experienced and aspiring SENCos who may be considering their next career move.

We are working closely with a range of mainstream primary schools across Hackney and nearby boroughs, supporting their SEN leadership planning and upcoming recruitment activity. With inclusive practice continuing to be a key priority, we anticipate strong demand for skilled SENCos in the months ahead.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who:

Hold the NASENCo qualification (or are working towards it)
Have experience leading or supporting SEN provision within a mainstream primary setting
Are confident combining strategic SEN leadership with hands-on classroom impact
Are passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for all pupilsWhat's on offer:

Salary range: £52,300 - £62,496 (depending on experience and responsibilities)
