As primary schools across Hackney begin shaping their staffing plans for September 2026, we are looking to connect with experienced and aspiring SENCos who may be considering their next career move.

We are working closely with a range of mainstream primary schools across Hackney and nearby boroughs, supporting their SEN leadership planning and upcoming recruitment activity. With inclusive practice continuing to be a key priority, we anticipate strong demand for skilled SENCos in the months ahead.
