Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent): * Supporting pupils with SEND to access learning and achieve individual targets * Delivering differentiated lessons (for teaching roles) * Providing 1:1 or small group interventions * Implementing EHCP targets, IEPs and Behaviour Support Plans * Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour * Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and external professionals * Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Experience working with children or young people with SEND * A patient, resilient and adaptable approach * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Relevant qualifications (for teaching or HLTA roles) * A genuine passion for inclusive education Newly qualified teachers and experienced support staff are encouraged to apply.
