About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will play a vital role in helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and develop important life skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Help adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Support students with social interaction and independence Contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive school environmentWhat We're Looking For
A caring, patient, and positive attitude A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a proactive approach to supporting learning Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)What We Offer
