Drive the creation and implementation of Enterprise account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion. Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives. Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with pre-sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals. Drive QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights.
Essential
Proven experience in senior account management or solution sales, selling to large Enterprise clients across EMEA. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Track record of strategic growth and expanding existing client accounts.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS or HR Tech. Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions. Familiarity with consultative selling approaches. Ability to direct C-suite presentations and negotiations.
