Our Dry Hire Lighting business supports the professional lighting rental market. They work with leading manufacturers and the rental companies who rely on dependable access to current, production-ready technology - packaged intelligently for hire and backed by a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly.
As demand and technical requirements continue to evolve, our role is clear: to extend our clients’ capacity, availability, and confidence by acting as a discreet extension of their fleets. We operate behind the scenes to strengthen their delivery, without competing for creative ownership, on-site delivery, or end-customer relationships.

About the role:
Are you a recognised expert in professional lighting with a passion for the live events, touring, broadcast, or production industries? Do you thrive on building strong relationships, spotting market opportunities, and guiding customers with credible technical insight?
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Lighting to play a key role in shaping our lighting rental strategy and supporting customers with deep product knowledge and commercial expertise.
This is a specialist position for someone who knows the lighting rental landscape inside-out and wants to use their expertise to influence product decisions, build partnerships with manufacturers, and support the growth of our lighting rental portfolio.
Responsibilities
Be the lighting expert:
- Act as the internal and customer-facing specialist on professional lighting equipment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of applications across touring, events, broadcast, and production.
- Track technology trends and help shape our future product strategy
Manufacturer & Supplier Partnership
- Build relationships with major lighting manufacturers and suppliers.
- Stay on top of product roadmaps, launches, and availability.
- Connect internal teams, customers, and suppliers with clear product insight.
What you will bring to the role:
- Extensive background in lighting within rental, dry hire, live events, touring, broadcast, or production.
- Proven senior account management experience, ideally with complex or technical customer portfolios.
- Strong relationships within the lighting manufacturing and supplier landscape.
- Experience leveraging market and technology trends to inform commercial decisions
- Strong technical understanding of professional lighting equipment and applications.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical detail for customers.
- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of ROI, pricing models, and equipment lifecycle value.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage both strategic and reactive priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑departmentally.
