Client Ambassadorship: Spend 2–3 days a week on-site with NHS stakeholders, ensuring they are extracting maximum value from our solutions. Operational Excellence: Maintain an airtight HubSpot pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for renewals and expansion to the executive team. Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the front line and our Product teams to keep our innovation "smarter and faster."
