They are trusted partners, not just suppliers, known for smart strategy, standout creativity and long-term client relationships.The RoleThis senior client services role sits at the centre of the agency, giving you real ownership of projects and genuine influence with clients. You will lead work from brief to delivery, working closely with senior strategy and design talent on ambitious, high-profile brand projects.Key responsibilities include:Lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects with confidence and autonomyBuild strong, trusted client relationships and act as a key day-to-day contactTake ownership of briefs, challenging and shaping them with strategy and design teamsManage scopes, timelines, budgets and forecasting to a high standardRun internal and external meetings, ensuring clarity, momentum and accountabilitySpot risks early and proactively adjust plans to keep work on trackIdentify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow client accounts over timeThe Ideal PersonAn experienced Senior Account Manager stepping across, or a Junior Account Director who enjoys being hands‑on or even an established brand‑savvy Account Manager stepping up!Confident running projects end‑to‑end and being a safe pair of hands for clientsStrategically curious, able to sense when something is not quite right and know how to move it forwardNaturally engaging, relationship‑led and comfortable building trust quicklyOrganised, commercially aware and calm under pressureSomeone with energy, hunger and spark, who wants to be part of something rather than just pass throughLots of experience in brand, design, innovation, including exposure to FMCG and/or alcoholic drinksBackgrounds in comms or brand activation a bonus, with a strong strategic mindset a must.Why oh why?Working with genuinely impressive, well‑known brands on meaningful, strategy‑led projectsClose collaboration with senior strategy and design leadersAn ego‑free, supportive culture where people care about the work and each otherClear scope to grow your career long term, not just make a sideways moveOr in other words you will have real responsibility, real client trust and the chance to shape brands that people actually recognise.
