Salary: £30k £31k Realistic commission (first year): £8,000£12,000 Type: Full-time Reports to: Team Lead Position: Own client retention, delivery satisfaction and commercial growth for a portfolio of clients act as the main point of contact and the bridge between clients and delivery teams. Key responsibilities: Own larger / higher-value accounts and complex client relationships. Lead account strategy, own renewal negotiations and drive measurable growth.
