A well-established and forward looking Chartered Accountancy firm in Halifax is seeking an ambitious Senior Manager. This is a standout opportunity offering a clear and supported pathway to Director level within 2–3 years.
The Role;
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long-term relationships. They will play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing team, driving business growth, and contributing to the firm’s development strategy.
Key Responsibilities;
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new client acquisition. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and execute regional growth strategies.
