Senior Business Analyst, Migration and Borders Technology Portfolio (MBTP)

A Senior Business Analyst will lead small to medium-sized projects and be part of a team on larger, more complex projects, leading specific epics and high-level requirements. You will ensure outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy by connecting current and future business models and delivering on the business architecture strategy. You will also support and inform product iteration, evolution, and optimisation.

You will build and manage effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally. You will challenge constructively and act as a critical voice to stakeholders and delivery colleagues to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.

You will work independently and/or as part of a team and will have a good understanding of your own work area. You will help advance the Business Analysis community through sharing best practices and mentoring others.

Due to business requirements, this post is available on a full-time/flexible working basis. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office. Applicants can raise queries to the email address at the bottom of the advert.
