A Senior Business Analyst will lead small to medium-sized projects and be part of a team on larger, more complex projects, leading specific epics and high-level requirements. You will ensure outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy by connecting current and future business models and delivering on the business architecture strategy. You will also support product iteration, evolution, and optimization.

You will build and manage effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally. You will challenge constructively and act as a critical voice to stakeholders and delivery colleagues to achieve fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will work independently and/or as part of a team, with a good understanding of your work area. You will help advance the Business Analysis community through sharing best practices and mentoring others.

This post is available on a full-time/flexible basis. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working, with a minimum of 60% of working time in the office. Applicants can raise queries to the email at the bottom of the advert.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Investigating operational and business needs and problems, and recommending service improvements and solutions.
  2. Understanding and defining problems, ensuring strategic decisions support business outcomes and user needs.
  3. Eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements and user needs effectively.
  4. Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to embed the Business Analysis role and value.
  5. Planning and leading large areas of Business Analysis, owning challenges and driving conclusions.
  6. Creating acceptance criteria, often using Behavioural Driven Development, for proper testing of new services.
  7. Modelling processes and procedures using established techniques.
  8. Producing performance measures to inform stakeholders and guide discussions on services.
