As Senior Business Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on meaningful change initiatives for a range of projects that reshape ways of working and deliver lasting benefits across the organisation.  This role requires someone who can hit the ground running – applying proven change management theory and approaches, crafting engaging communications for diverse audiences, and designing and delivering training that sticks.

You’ll be a confident advocate for people in a technology-driven environment – unafraid to challenge the status quo, influence senior leaders, and ensure our people are at the heart of every decision.

What you’ll do:

Lead change initiatives across multiple projects, aligning to the organisations strategic vision Develop and deliver robust change plans, training, and communications Engage and support stakeholders at all levels Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption and track benefits realisation Shape a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to deliver change management on their own
