Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Business Development Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Senior Business Development Manager, will be responsible for:
* Identify, target and secure new opportunities for Energy Advisory services including data management, procurement, invoice and risk management, research and renewables across both private and public sectors.
* Achieve and exceed a personal sales target of £2m annualised revenue.
* Build a strong pipeline through self‑generated opportunities, networking, and leveraging existing client portfolio.
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, bid development, pricing, presentations, negotiation and contract close.
* Build senior‑level relationships with CFOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors and Estate Managers.
* Understand client challenges relating to cost reduction, carbon reduction, compliance and ESG, translating these into tailored solutions.
