Senior Civil Engineer\n Leicester\n £45,000 – £55,000 \n\n A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Chartered Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing Leicester office.\n\n You’ll play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects across residential, commercial and regeneration sectors, while helping guide and develop junior engineers.\n\n What you’ll be doing:\n\n • Leading civil infrastructure designs – highways, drainage, external works\n • Overseeing S38, S278, S104 and SuDS schemes\n • Managing projects from concept through to delivery\n • Checking and approving technical work from the team\n • Liaising with clients, architects, planners & contractors\n • Supporting business development and team growth\n\n What we’re looking for:\n\n • Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng or equivalent)\n • Strong design skills using Civil 3D, AutoCAD & drainage software\n • Solid UK consultancy background\n • Confident communicator with proven leadership ability\n • Someone who wants to help shape and grow a busy regional team\n\n What’s on offer:\n\n £45,000 - £55,000 DOE\n\n Generous holiday allowance\n Private healthcare\n Pension scheme\n Progression opportunities into management\n Flexible working
